There are a number of OEE software solutions in the market, but all are limited and flawed. They are isolated systems that have limited integration with other shop floor systems. They are all limited in both capability and in scope. Furthermore, they are not designed to integrate into existing manufacturing improvement processes.

By utilizing an advanced Industrial Internet of Things (I-IoT) platform, we have been able to collect uptime/downtime data directly from the machines, integrate with additional key shop floor systems, utilize machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance and quality, and create workflows that lead users to take action for performance improvements.
